What is a node?

A node is a physical deployment location where capsules activate. It is the bridge between digital campaigns and real-world action.

How nodes work

Deployment

A node is set up at a physical venue with scan hardware, connectivity, and capsule assignments configured by an operator.

Activation

When a participant arrives, they scan a code at the node to verify their presence and unlock the capsule.

Verification

The scan confirms a real human at a real location. No remote spoofing. No bot engagement. Just physical proof.

Redemption

Once verified, the participant claims their reward — merchandise, access, experiences, or digital assets.

What happens at a node

Node 001 in Cambridge is more than hardware. It is where a local cafe becomes a stage. A creator announces a capsule. The community claims it. They gather at the node, scan, and unlock something real — a meal, a moment, a memory. The node does not replace community. It anchors it.
